Convenience & customer satisfaction whenever I get my haircut.

Why you don’t have “0” star? You gave my son a horrible service. You know he left the place in tears. You cut his hair in less than 10 minutes, you did not asked for clarification and you did not asked my son or me if he wanted square cut his forehead hair line. Also you did not asked give him the other services he liked about that place (shampoo and hot towels). And, at the end you said I had to pay for it. I will need you to refund my money.
